des Bateliers

The Quai des Bateliers in Strasbourg is right next to our hotel. On the south-eastern edge of Strasbourg's main island, it runs alongside the River Ill on its right bank. As you leave the hotel, at the end of the rue des Bateliers, this historic quay is yours to explore. There are plenty of colourful walks along the way, giving you the chance to discover Strasbourg at your own pace while admiring the typical half-timbered houses of the region that give them their authenticity and special charm. Moored boats, café terraces and the reflection of the sun on the water make these walks along the Ill a magical experience.
